Number 1: Read the OCX documentation. They should tell you what .REG file
to distribute. If not, look in the OCX's installation directory (where the
helpfile might be) for a licenses.reg file or similiar.
Number 2: If you use InstallShield, go read Question 3 of the Delphi &
InstallShield FAQ at http://www.ellipse-data.com/ISX.FAQ.html.

You may NOT distribute the Local Interbase server. It is for development
only. Only 1 license is provided, for development. If you want to use
Interbase for deployment, you'll have to BUY the proper Interbase server
from Borland or one of its distributors.
As far as I know, you get a 2 license Interbase server with Delphi 2.x C/S,
I might be mistaken.

No, only one person may connect. See above.

Why do you want to hack? To go cheap? Try using Paradox and DBase instead
then.
Happy coding
