Multi-user Paradox tables problem

Hi all!

I using Delphi C/S 1.02 with Paradox 5.0 tables, Windows NT Server 4.0
with Service pack 1 on server and all clients working with Windows 95.
Some time I have error "Index out of data" and must rebuild all indexes.
I dont know, this problem Delphi, Paradox tables or NT Server?

Help me, please...
