Seeking an opportunity to program with Delphi or ASP via telecommuting.

Delphi (7, 6, 5, 4, 3): 9 years.
SQL 7/2000: 5 years.
ASP: 6 years.
HTML: 6 years.
Javascript: 2 years.
PERL: 6 months.
Knowledgeable with:

Overview:
I'm very strong with Delphi and ASP. I am also an internet webmaster with a
dozen sites that receive thousands of visits daily.
In addition, I have strong writing skills. I have written essays for half a
dozen high-traffic websites on the Internet.

I forgot to mention that I reside on the East coast of the US. (Baltimore,
Maryland.) I will consider relocating. However, my primary interest is in
trying to obtain {*word*137} work via telecommuting. I will gladly travel to
