were coming via DHL to Calgary....

I picked the cheapest shipping option - maybe that is the difference.
Also, they may have different shipping arrangements for east and west.

Well, I suppose I can forgive you.. even though I had to wait 11 whole
minutes for BobW to come up with the answer!! <g>
Seriously, thanks for mentioning FexEx or I wouldn't have thought about
checking the tracking number. The shipping notification didn't mention it.
