Re:Accessing TV-card.
Does your card come with an MCI-driver? In that case, just use a
TMediaplayer, set DeviceType to dtOverlay and set Display (or DisplayRect
AFAIR) to whichever TWincontrol you want. Remember to fill the control with
the correct color for Chroma Keying.
I once made a little prog that worked with my Hauppauge Prism through MCI.
Without an MCI-driver, you'll have to communicate with the driver directly,
which will be near impossible without documentation.
