I have a TV-TUNER card. (ATI TV Wonder)

I would like to code my own 'tv' or an teletext viewer. Does anybody have
some experience with this, and could direct me to some links to this. Or
even better... provide some samplecode  ?

I'm mostly interested in the teletext thing.
