Need infos about "dbiDoRestructure" and passwords???

I need to compare two string variables.
In one is a Password, typen from user, in the oder should be the password from a paradox-table???
Who can I get the current password from a paradox-table in a var???
What's about with "dbiDoRestructure"???

There is no BDE API function that will return the password for a Paradox
table.
