Where do I find IBConsole or IBSQL?

Where do I find IBConsole or IBSQL?
I did a file search for it, and IBConsole*.* doesn't return anything.

The program was obviously written in Interbase, but we don't have the
development
environment installed on the computers.  The program was written by a bunch
of
russian programmers who have now disappeared, so we can't get the source
code.
I'm trying to read the tables into Access so I can duplicate the screens as
much as
practical and make use of this legacy data.

So, the question is, do I have to have the IDE to make use of those tools?
or is their
someother way I can download them, or otherwise open these tables so I can
see their
relationships?

In InterBase? I gues you are mistaken... IBConsole is a GUI tool that has
been developed by using Delphi.

You can download the latest version of IBConsole at
http://codecentral.borland.com
Search for Jeff Overcash.

There are also 3rd party tools available - like Database Workbench -
www.upscene.com
that can save you tons of time.
