Hi Kerry,
You might try Borland's ftp site:
ftp://ftp.borland.com/pub/techinfo/techdocs/language/pascal/wincrt2.zip
ftp://ftp.borland.com/pub/techinfo/techdocs/other/misc/tdsvga.zip
Here is some information from the readme files....

These files are the latest TDW Video DLLs and a program that configures
them. Copy all of these files into the BIN directory (or the TPW
directory if you have TPW 1.5).
If you have a Pascal Product:
IMPORTANT: The TDWINI.EXE will not function correctly and must not be
used.
Follow these steps to install the new drivers.
1) Search your system for TDW.INI - make sure you only have one copy,
and it is in your windows directory.
2) Edit the TDW.INI to look similar to this:
[TurboDe{*word*81}]
VideoDLL=C:\BP\BIN\TDWGUI.DLL
De{*word*81}DLL=C:\BP\BIN\TDWIN.DLL
If needed, change the path and drive specification to reflect your
bp\bin directory, or TPW directory.
If you are running Windows95, make sure the following changes have
occurred on your system:
* All the files that you have just unzipped are either in your BIN
directory (BC++ or BP) or in your root TPW directory (TPW1.5).
* In your TDW.INI file the line starting with "De{*word*81}DLL=" should
end with TDWINTH.DLL. Note the added "TH".
* You have rebooted your machine.
(I have WIN 95.) FROM my own TDW.INI----
[TurboDe{*word*81}]
VideoDLL=C:\TPW\TDWGUI.DLL
De{*word*81}DLL=C:\TPW\TDWINTH.DLL
[VideoOptions]
DebugFile=
SaveWholeScreen=no
Int2FAssist=no
IgnoreMode=no

WinCRT2 is a replacement for the standard unit WinCRT. WinCRT2
behaves exactly like WinCRT but allows for up to 500 lines of
perserved output and provides menu options for printing.
To use WinCRT2, copy the files WINCRT2.PAS, WINPRINT.PAS, and
PRINTER.RES to where unit files are normally stored on your hard
disk. In your program, replace references to WinCRT with
WinCRT2. Then compile the program with either the Compile/Make
option or the Compile/Build option. With TPCW, use the /M
option or the /B option.
The need fulfilled by WINCRT2 is to provide students a method
for printing "the run" of a program as required by teachers and
professors of computer science.
