C++ Builder Doesn't Start

When i want to start C++ Builder 5.It freezes..There was the same error with
Delphi 4.and i wrote a line in win.ini or system.ini..so how can i solve
this problem with C++ Builder 5?

My graphic card : 4 MB S3 Virge DX/GX

Wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is borland.public.cpp.borlandcpp so is for
the Borland C++ compiler. Your message is about the C++ Builder compiler.
Look for newsgroups with the word 'cppbuilder' in their name. For instance:

borland.public.cppbuilder.ide
