My app works fine on dozends of printers.  However, one customer with an
HP 682 is getting a GPF in HPFBKG04 at HPFMLC04.DLL  when he tries to
print a graphic image in color.  It works fine when he prints out in
black/white.  He's using Win 3.1

Does anyone know of this as a general HP 682 problem?  Is there a fix?
