I would like to know how to rotate memorystream and/or image component
images. How can I rotate images up to 180 degrees, by degree if possible?
Any ideas on how to do that greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Joe.
 

It appears there is a TCircledSeries Component. Can an Image component be
dropped into it to provide rotation for images or can memorystreams be
assigned to that component directly?
Also, haven't found the component panel with the TCircledSeries component. I
know it is in the Series unit, but the series unit is not listed under all
in the component panel. Any help would be great?
