D6 upgrade to D2006 Error

I'm upgrading a Win32 application from Delphi 6 to D2006. Most of our custom
component compiled and installed without a problem but when I try to install
a certain package I always get an access violation in ntdll.dll (the package
compiled fine). Does anybody have an idea why I might be getting this error?
