Include c++ header files

How do i include a c++ header file (winsock.h) in my delphi v2
application?

You don't. It must first be translated to a Pascal Unit.
Borland have translated most of the windows API files for you.
They can be found in the source\rtl\win directory of your delphi 2
installation. Winsock.pas is the particular file you're looking for.
