There are a number of freeware, shareware, and commercial
utilities, and you shouldn't have to search that hard to
find them; many are at the Delphi Super Page.

But I would recommend for starters Inprise's free DTUTIL
program, which comes with source code:

Or maybe it's at http://www.inprise.com/bde; can't remember which.
This program requires a 32-bit version of Delphi and the BDE.
