MS SQL Server newbie - importing text to SQL tables from a text data feed

I'm familiar with Interbase but as yet know nothing of MS SQL Server 7

I may have to write a D5 program that takes a text records from another
program (eg 1 per minute) and update the sql tables.

Any suggestions as to where to start, available components, activeXs etc.

The Data Access components in Delphi will work with SQL Server. You
use them the same as if you were using Interbase.
