I have an Delphi 4 application that runs on all versions of win95/98 except
WIN 98 SE

When I try to update/write and entry in the INI file I get a WIN32 error
code 123
filename, directory of volume not specified correctly

I can read the values in the INI file just fine

This program works fine in all other WIN9x
