I've tried create manifest file for delphi32.exe. When I run this
program, Delphi show a error message but its still run. Anyone can help
me solve this problem.

As far as I know, there is NO WAY you can make Delphi 6 into XP style.

In summary, don't create a manifest for Delphi32.exe. it is a bad, bad idea.
