how can i recorver my deleted record in my paradox table

I have a lot of records in my paradox table and
I want to a rollback statement with my paradox table.
How can i see my deleted records in my paradox table again.

You cannot see records that have been deleted from a paradox table, they are
truely deleted. They are not just marked as deleted, the data is nulled and
the record is made available for the next insert.
