Hi, everybody!

There is an process in my application that I must to allow to a few tables
the read-only right access when these tables are in a transaction.

I know there are ways in my application to control this, as such as the
TransIsolation TDatabase property and the transaction explicit control by
SQL statements. But, I'd like to know more about this.

When and what the appropriated moment to use one of them? And How to use it?
