Pb "API function WIN32 failed"

Pb "API function WIN32 failed"

I have a probleme with Delphi 4 and win 98 :
Sometimes, a message "API function WIN32 failed" appears in D4 when i
click somewhere in the menu (like "find" or "option") or while the
program is executing.

I have to say that :
* i use RX 2.5 components
* i use differents components found on the net like "TLayoutPanel"
* i migrated from delphi 3 and QuickReport 2.0 to Delphi 4 and
QuickReport 3.04
