Eventually download D6 PE, but unable to get serial number and key

After eventually getting the download, I have been trying to get the serial
number and key. I keep getting the confirmation screen

'Thank you for registering for the Delphi 6.0 Personal Edition.

For the Software Registration Account .............., your
serial number and authorization key will be mailed to .......'

but so far have not received a code. Is there a problem ?

I got my key in the mail immediately ... best I can tell you is to
double-check the email address you gave in your profile.
