from time to time (very seldom and not depending on the count of
windows objects) I get the EOutOfResources exception.

Environment: WinNT 4.0 SP5; Error comes within IDE and also outside of
IDE.

I think this message is wrong because there are a lot of windows
handles remaining on my PC.

1. Anybody knowing this problem?

2. I try to debug the VCL. How to in D2? It's possible to link the VCL
with debug option, size of VCL grows, but something I did wrong
because a trace is not possibel. How can help?
