TTBXWindowBar equivilent

I have (among others) the TMS VCL suite and JfActiveSoft's suite but I
cannot find (nor think of a way to create) an equivilent to TTBXWindowBar
(not sure who makes this component but is fetaured in Database Workshop).
Can anyone suggest how I might reproduce such behaviour without resorting to
another library.

PS.
TTBXWindowBar looks like a TPanel that is aligned to the bottom and when a
new window is opened it creates a button the can be pressed to select the
appropriate window. It works kind of like an application contained task bar
but it takes car of button positioning etc.
