I am printing a report that uses a memo field. My problem is that if the
memo field is expanded down on the last item on that page of the report, it
will not start a new page with that item so all the lines of the memo field
are on the same page. O have tried to force a new page in the report but
that makes the report print with only one item per page.

You can check memo coordinates from report script and start new page if need
this only.
In FastReport of course.
