Let me extend the question, what happened with this one in contrast...
cc.borland.com/ccweb.exe/contest
...which "once upon a time" started in October 2003?

This one is my fault. You wouldn't believe me if I told you why it's
been delayed.
Or maybe you would... Anyway, I really hope this one can be taken care of by
end of next week.

Re:BorCon 2004 US Delphi Architect winner?

Well, today I was going to add some Delphi 2005 related comment to my
"C#Builder and Delphi Open Tools API plug-in" submission with the ID "21168"
(C#Builder Goodies v.1.1), after just adding the Delphi 2005 comment and
saving my edited submission entry it disappeared as a contest entry and was
no longer listed under the contest entries. Looking at the submission under
the C#Builder OpenTools section showed me that it is now marked as "Contest:
None", but it should have still been marked as "Contest: Yes" and thus been
part of the Contest entries! - Any hints how can I fix and reassign that
previous set option/reference?
It seems the entries under the Contest categories don't like to be edited if
the contest category has been closed, or maybe I have overseen somtehing
here. - Hmm, seems I need your help here Anders!

I'll be doing that this coming week (before Thursday) and it looks like

Re:BorCon 2004 US Delphi Architect winner?

John, can you please inform Anders that I'am usually with my submission
inside the contest list, even my submission doesn't show up there any
longer, due to the problem I ran into. - Maybe Anders didn't recognized
this, since he is bussy?
Thank's Valentino

I'll get in trouble... ;)
But, I do have to apologize yet again. I am looking for some answers
internally, and
at this point that is looking like it is going into next week.

You could always make something up. Perhaps a scenario involving alien
{*word*58}s... or pirates. All good stories have pirates. :-)

No probs. I hope it isn't the week after though, as I will be without
internet access for a little while then.

I was just about to say that I was in fact abducted by alien pirates.
Seriously. :p
