Locating runtime error addresses in source code

My user is reporting an access violation at address 00470114 in module.....

How do I locate which line of code the address refers to. I've been trying
to use the command line de{*word*81} with the /F option but without success.

Can anyone tell precisely what to do - or is there a bit of shareware
software that will make things easier?
