D2: Syntax Printing doesn't work!

I have posted my complaint about this before, but has got no answers:
Syntax printing in Delphi2 doesn't work for me: the prints are just plain text, no
bold keywords or the like. It works ok in Delphi1.0/1.02 in Win3.11.
I use a networked (Novell 3.12) Apple LaserWriter, and this has worked fine for all other
programs so far.
Does anyone have the same problem?
