Create new color in 256 color palette

Hello,

I'm using Delphi 1.02 in 256-color display. The 20 system colors is not
enough for me. So, I tried to create new color. (To use in TStringGrid,
TButton, TForm, etc.) I tried using both TControl.GetPalette and
CreatePalette/RealizePalette. The system palette changes but I can't use
that new color in Delphi.

Any suggestion is welcome.
