It is possible with Chief's Installer Pro - see location below ...

It's very easy to use and create foreign language modules wit Setup Factory

I have used InstallShieldExpress, ExpressPro, and InstallShield3. My
opinion is that you don't get much for your money. I can't figure out
why it is so popular.

I am currently using WISE Installation System and for $179 it's great.
You get everything you need to do foreign languages, 16-bit or 32-bit
platforms, custom dialogs, uninstall, etc.

And, I don't work for WISE :-)

For international builds you use InstallShield International.

You know...I sometimes wonder why stuff like WISE suddenly hits the scene
and looks almost exactly the same in execution as InstallShield. Yet
everyone {*word*75}es about the InstallShield products. I know that WISE has
been around for a looong time, obviously it is more advanced (not IMO).

Let me tell you something:

InstallShield is an excellent product range, specialised to certain areas.
If you are used to scripts and install for one of the 3 major languages in
Europe and the rest of the world (English, French and German), you use
either InstallShield 3 16 or 32-bit depending on the platform.

InstallShield Express Pro was developed to give people easy and
point-and-click setup building.

For truly international setups (where you choose the language) you use
InstallShield International.

I have not once struggled with ISX or ISX Pro. The Knowledge Bases of
InstallShield at http://kb.installshield.com/ seem to be one of the best
hidden secrets. There you find a lot of answers for your questions.

InstallShield hosts its own small newsgroups, but you will only find them
at news.installshield.com. And the professionals answer you immediately.

And I don't for InstallShield. *grin*
