I have recently upgraded NT Workstations to SP4 and then SP5 and when I run
my application on them I get a External Exception EEFFACE error.  The error
happens connecting to an Access database over the Network (TCP/IP).  The
unusual thing about the error is when you run the application in the Delphi
environment the error does not occur.
The program is written in Delphi 3 and connects to Access 7 database through
the BDE.  The program works fine on a Windows 95 machine.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this problem.
