Delphi 3.0 hangs my computer when installing packages

I have a P200 MMX with 128 MB RAM and 4 GB HD and I'm using Windows 98 and
Delphi 3.0. When I try to install packages, the computer hangs and I must
turn off and turn on again. What's hapening ?

If you use an S3-Chipset on your graphics card, you have two options:

- Get another Graphics Card
- Switch off Video-Acceleration completely.

I haven't heard yet that S3 has fixed their Video-Drivers.
