Using Windows 95 Communications Routines

G'day,

Can anybody tell me how I can use the communications routines
built into Windows 95 (ie. the dialer, the modem setups etc) with
Delphi 2? I have found nothing in the help about using the Windows
API, and I would greatly appreiciate any help.
