Indy returns incorrect 404 exception!

Indy returns incorrect 404 exception!

Hello,
using a simple idhttp.get(url) I find that if the URL has as in-line
link, such as "http://www.anysite.com#linka" it generates a 404 "file
not found" error, which is not correct. Anyone know of a fix or a way
around this?
