Can't access blob field in a paradox table with an TADOTable

I can't access a blob field in a paradox table using an TADOTable component.
Actually, the blob field is not included in the Fields collection of the
TADOTable.
It seems that this field is ignored. This works well with a MemoField.

Any suggestions ?
