Several ODBC databases


I've simple question:
In my Form I have TListBox, TDatabase and TTable.
The C:\XXX\ directory  consists of Exel 7.0 sheets.
I want to fill Listbox with C:\XXX\*.xls filenames.
If I select one,  want to see it in TTable.

How to put Exel (or Access) filename to TTable ?
