I'm trying to use the Session.ModifyAlias method to change a paradox alias
in the BDE, but it doesn't seem to do anything.  I don't get any error
messages and I've verified that the alias already exists.  Here's the code:

procedure ChangeAliasPath( AnAlias: string; NewPath: string );
var
  List: TStringList;
begin
  List := TStringList.Create;
  List.Add( 'PATH:' + NewPath );
  Session.ModifyAlias( AnAlias, List );
  List.Free;
end;

That should be:
  List.Add( 'PATH=' + NewPath );
