Hi,

I just bought a program over the net to extract resources from an
executable.
When I try to start it, it reports cannot find vclx40.bpl. I could not find
this file
on the net anywhere, i suspect it is a borland runtime library.

Does anyone know where to get this file ?

Any help greatly appreciated.

This file is in  the \windows\system directory. Do you start your program on
the computer where Delphi is installed. If not, you probably used packets to
build your app. and dind'nt include all required bpl files in installation
setup.
If it's executed on the computer where Delphi is, the file may have been
deleted.
