Specific question. How do I abuse the keyboard to introduce a "hard
page break into a document in Wordpad?

General question. How suitable is Wordpad for writing topic files for
the Help system? How do I implement foototes, etc?

I think the HCW helpfile specifically mentions to _not_ use
Wordpad. Reason 1, no footnotes (check the RTF spec included,
see that \footnote is an actual "token", that the RTF editor
must implement as a function. Maybe there's a way you could type it
in manually, but it all becomes too difficult then.)

Reason 2, probably no "Keep with next" or hidden text for other
features, like non-scrolling regions at the top of the page and
those little dotted links.
