Service Application: installing and starting programmatically.

Using Delphi6 Ent.
Hi,
I tyring to figure out how to install and startup a compile Delphi6 Service
Application.
Okay I have the install part figured out: " -install".
But I also want to start it up from the DOS prompt or using some Win32
method. Is there such a way to do this? Currently the only for me to start
it up after installation is doing it manually or just rebooot.
