Cannot Open File RVBASE.RVC using a delphi 7 Rave project in Delphi 2007

I'm migrating a Delphi 7 application with a rave project to a Delphi 2007
one.
Executing the report I obtain EFOpenError exception with message:
CANNOT OPEN FILE RVBASE.RVC.
Any help will be appreciated.

The report is trying to recompile the scripting contained in your report.
If you open your report in Rave 7.5 BE (that comes with Delphi 2007), switch
to the Event Editor tab, hit the compile button and then save your reporting
project it should work fine.
