Can anyone recommend a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) web based
product? I am looking for something that can be purchased and placed on my
own web server. Written in Delphi would be a bonus but not a requirement.

take a look at sorceforge.net
there is at minimum one app for it. don't know its name. but it was coded in
php. maybe there is something more.
