WS Security (WSE) client for Delphi Win32

Anybody heard about successful implementation of WS Security client
for Delphi (win32).
Google search only shows couple people trying to bolt-on a solution
based on modify headers but I do not see anyone who succeeded.
Is there a component that we can buy that has WS Security for win32
code?
