Have a look at Lazarus, it supposedly works under Mac OS.

Probably not,
you have to live without Delphi and .NET (lucky ba....rds) :)

That would be interesting (I hate Macs but I have one and it would be
great to be able to offer my projects to mac users)

Anyone tried running .net stuff on OSX?

I just dont see Macs have anything great to offer anyone any more,
everything that was better about Macs is doable on a PC which you can
probably pick up for less money.

And yes, Delphi for MacOS would be so cool and return me from the dark side.

Things that are doable on a PC are easy-as-falling-out-of-bed with Macs.
I'd be happy to say good riddance to Windows, too (the "dark side").

I don't know if you have seen the new Macs and MacOS X? Usually
people with your kind of attitude have these really old Macs in their
corner, which don't work very well and they think that the
development has stood still.
I was given a g4 laptop with OSX on it when I left my last company.. It
has a 6gb disk which by the time OSX is on it is pretty much full. It
couldnt play EQ because the graphics card didnt have enough memory. Im
not saying Im a windows fan dont get me wrong. Im a unix person given a
choice, and not an Xwindows fake unix person either, I like my
commandlines.
Once I got me a command prompt I felt a lot happier, but, Ive nicknamed
the laptop "Poo" I put the Zend IDE on it, but, it seems slow. To be
honest, I have a whole host of PCs lying about the place any of which
would be faster and more capable of running any of the above mentioned
items.
I agree it is personal preference, but I cant seem to find anything I
really like about the mac.

Seriously, I have played with a Mac, I really don't see what all the fuss is
about. it is just "different".

Or some of us just don't like Macs. ;-)

And where's my right mouse button? What about the mouse wheel? Things that
can't seem to break that "you only need *one* mouse button, dang-it!"
mentality. What, do they think that theses things are too complicated for a
Mac user to understand? Insulting the intelligence of your customers is not
a good way of doing business...

Yes, Windows has copied many of the Macintosh features over the years,
but usually they never just get the idea. And Mac development has really
gone forward. If you have time, I suggest you get to know them.
I'm forced to be a PC users, but thankfully there are Mac technology
available in the Windows world nowadays. Ok, they are mostly in the
music business, but the iPod, iTunes, AirTunes, the Music Store etc. are
just so wonderful. You just gotta love them. So simple, so elegant. A
little bit pricey, but I haven't had reason to complain.
BTW Apple was recently chosen as the most innovative company in the past
75 years, according to a BusinessWeek survey of 500 senior-level
business executives. Trust me, they didn't get the award for nothing.

After using PCs many, many years, you have just grown accustomed to many
things that are missing in Macs and of course they feel different.
There's no C:-drive? The same thing happens with Linux etc.
But there is more to Macs. They might be the little things that you
don't notice at first. Or it might be the overall consistency of the
technology and ideas. it is quite hard to explain. It took me a while,
but after that you just start to appreciate it all.
And no, Macs are not perfect and I don't even like some of their basic
ideas, like the one button mouse. I never did get that. It might be
better for my old mother, but I think two buttons with contextual menus
is better. But mouses are cheap.
