No, but they do have a group here in VA that does nothing but government
work. Most larger companies have private vs government groups.
www.cdw.com vs www.cdwg.com is an good example.

No, but Delphi is used heavily in various gov systems.

Yes, that is true in Singapore also. The Singapore Govt know a good

thing when they see one. Delphi is used in certain Singapore Govt
sites. I won't say which. ;o)
