The Microsoft API help files supplied with Delphi 2.01 have missing or
incomplete contents files.

The following files use the win32sdk contents file, which basically
has links to the first page in each of the files, but after that it's
impossible to navigate any further, sensibly:
* guide, kbase, mapi, mm, mstools, ole, opengl, rpc, win32s

The Win32 help file does have a contents file which is almost
complete. But it doesn't have links to the following sections:
* Registry, Remote Access Service, Resources, Menus (Windows NT)

The Win32 help file also has a lot of graphics missing (eg. on the
'About Cursors' page).

Is it possible to get updates to these files? I've seen help file
updates on the borland web site, but I don't know if they are any
better, and I don't need the whole help files - just the contents
files.
