Rich-text Format Database in Delphi

Here is a question. I have some Tibetan fonts stored in .RTF format, in some
65,000 lines of text.... stored as an .RTF file.

I want to display this text in a Delphi 5.00 window, so that I can scroll
through the lines of tibetan and (at some point) link the lines to their
definitions in another table.

Any idea how to do this? I no nothing about BLOB and am new to Delphi, which
seems very popular.
