Unit does not exist?

It is indeed declared in the masks unit, which is located in the
Source\INTERNET subfolder.
My guess is that it just isn't included in the standard version?

  Sorry if this is not the right area to post, however I was unsure where
to post this. I am using Delphi 3.0 Standard.  According to the help file:

Unit
Masks

function MatchesMask(const Filename, Mask: string): Boolean;

It seems that there is no Masks unit, is this unit not included in Delphi
3.0?
If so why is it advertised?  I reinstalled from the CD and I also search
the CD and my HD for this file.  The only unit closely resembling this is
Mask, and it does not contain such a function.  Can anyone give me more
information on
this please?  TIA!
