QuickReport Version Problem !!!

I have upgraded to QuickReports 2.0j and now my Activeforms using QR will
not download.  After looking into it I noticed that the QRPT30.dpl does not
have the proper versioning attached to it.  When my .inf file is created
from the the "Web Deploy" the entry for QRPT30.dpl says Version 1.0 and all
the rest is blank.  QR 2.0d, the one that came with Delphi 3.0 had a version
of 3.0.5.83.

It looks like the update does not have the versioning setup at all.

Why is this?
