Opened files after closing app

Hi all!

I have this problem with my app in D2. After closing of application which is
working with shared files on NT server, some of that files are still opened
(means NT Server Manager reports Opened resources).

Also my application often can not start because of "Out of Date index" for
tables.

Any idea? It is urgent.
